Q. How long after I place an order will it ship?
A. Usually in stock orders ship within 1 business day. Orders that are out of stock or include an item that is out of stock usually ship within 5-10 business days. If the item will take longer than 5-10 business days or it is a discontinued item, you will be notified after the order is placed.

Q. Can I have my shipment sent faster then Ground service?
A. Yes we can at additional cost ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, and Fed-Ex. Please contact us for pricing. We will then add it to your order.

Q. Can I have the shipping cost billed to my UPS account?
A. Yes we do allow shipping collect with UPS for approved customers. Contact us to request collect shipping.
