Refund Policy
Please call us to request a return authorization (RA) number for any products you are returning. All returned product must include the following:
1. Return Authorization Number
2. Copy of Invoice
3. Reason for return of product
4. Note of Disposition: Even Exchange, Replace Product or Credit Only
There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned product when the reason for the return is any of the following:
1. Incorrectly ordered product
2. Canceled Order
3. Incorrectly returned product.
